This is a very beautiful villa, situated in La Viña, only at 2.5 km from the sea. La Viña is an urbanization near Baladrar in Benissa / Moraira. The villa is very tastefully decorated and has a living area of approximately 300 m². There is also a small green garden and a large south facing terrace (± 1000 m²) with private pool and partial sea view, a very pleasant place to relax. The holiday home has a cozy kitchen with typical Spanish character. The kitchen also has a bar, directly located on the terrace which is ideal for when you're on vacation! There is also a barbecue and a nice wooden dining table. Besides the pleasant terrace, the house also features a large, covered naya (riu-rau) with stylish and comfortable furniture and a fireplace as well. The interior of the house can be divided in two floors. On the ground floor are three spacious bedrooms each with their own bathroom, lounge and dining area. The rooms are tastefully furnished and equipped with all necessary comforts. Each room has direct access to a large terrace at the same level. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with corner sofa and lounge. The living room also has direct access to the covered naya and terrace. On the same level, there are also two nice bedrooms en suite, laundry room and office. The villa provides all facilities: TV (world channels), WiFi, Hi-Fi ... The house is child friendly and also very suitable for the elderly. There is ample parking for up to 3 cars. This is the place to be for you if you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday in style and close to all tourist facilities Moraira and Benissa have to offer!
