The house is located in the very quiet area where you can do walking (nordic walking), cycling and more water activities between Puerto Pollenca and Old town of Alcudia. The villa offers specially for families, who wants to enjoy the days, a private pool and a big barbecue area for the evening.
At the groundfloor you will find 3 bedrooms, one of it´s a double bed and also one has the little terrace on the back side. Two bathrooms are integrated in the bedrooms.Further there is the saloon with sufficient space for eat, kitchen (well equipped)and extra WC. In the upper house you find two more rooms,one of these has a big terrace and the overview to the mountains. There is an extra bathroom and extra chamber for pillows, towels etc. All bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs!
The barbecue house and the pool with little waterfall are the "highlihts" from this villa. The children also can use the big parking area for playing. If needed, you can have a towels change every 3 days and one time a week linen change.

Recommendation: Hire a car, visit Alcudia town 4km., Use sport activities at beach of Pollenca - Alcudia.
