The apartment is newly renovated and consists of a bedroom with 2 single beds which can be pushed together as needed, a bathroom, a living room with kitchen and sofa bed for 1 person and a mattress on the bed frame under the couch for another person.
There is a television in the living room and one in the bedroom. Airconditioning/heating are also in these to rooms.

The swimming pool is shared with the other approx. 40 apartments. There are also sunbeds and other common facilities.

There are supermarkets and restaurants 200 meters from the apartment, and a shopping centre with many restaurants under 10 minutes walk from the apartment.

Via stairs you can go straight to the harbour at approx. 10 minutes and the adjacent beach 5 minutes later.
There is another very beautiful beach 15 minutes walk further north.

In the city there are 2 diving centers, 3 mini golf courses and several other holiday activities.

If you rent a car, there are approx. 30 minutes from the airport via the motorway to the apartment.

Gran Canaria is ideal to visit all year, as the air- and watertemperature is about the same.
