Casa El Sueño is located just 1,5 kilometre on the outskirts of the centre of Moraira. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 15 minutes walking distance to the beautiful town Moraira and ten minutes driving to the larger towns Javea and Calpe. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This is a luxury villa in all respects. Equipped with central heating for a year round comfort, it has a nice lounge/diner and three bedrooms, two with an en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are faced to the North, so that its even in summer not hot. As well do have the bedrooms sealing fans and fly-screens. The big kitchen is well equipped with big fridge/freezer, hob, oven dish washer and microwave. The garden is very attractive and benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and a barbecue. Parking is private within the grounds.

The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
