Typical villa surrounded by orange trees, has 120 m2 on 2 levels, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 dining rooms, 1 small but functional kitchen with everything you need TV satelite french,germany, england, etc. The private pool is equipped with filter 10x5m. The yard has over 250 m2 ideal for children's leisure, lunch and dinner to organize family and friends. There is a barbecue (BBQ) with pots available and griddle. Besides having the freedom to walk through the garden.
Environment:
The village of La Barraca is a walking tour of 8mn. By car, shopping centers, restaurants, banks, hospital and train station at 10mn (Alzira). Valencia city and airport at 40mn. The beaches of Cullera and Gandia to 20mn. GOLF COURSE "LA GALIANA" just 5mn.
For nature lovers, hiking trails throughout the Valley and in the places of the Murta and near La Casella (Alzira).
Alzira national tourist attraction is Holy Week, from 15 to 19 March Fallas and popular street market every Wednesday morning.
Do not miss Valencia capital, the City of Arts and Sciences, La Albufera and taste the delicious food (Paella and Fideua)
