The property is a well equipped fully furnished villa. The villa comprises of three levels. The basement level which has a large living/lounge area is very well lit and comfortable. It has a bar and pool table and gaming equipment. There are two bedrooms both with single beds and a large bathroom with corner bath and shower. This area could be used for another family or extended family as a self contained flat. There is a cupboard situated here where the washing machine is situated.
The ground floor comprises of kitchen which is well equipped with large fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave, toaster, etc. There is a large living/lounge area which has satellite television, with all british channels available. A dining area, two bedrooms one which has two single beds and the other has a double bed. There is also a large family bathroom. All of the beds in the property have memory foam mattresses.
The first floor has the master bedroom, with king size bed, own private balcony with beautiful views over the salt lakes and large en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds with en suite shower room.
The garden has it's own patio area of 150 m2 with barbeque area and patio furniture. There is a private pool which is 12x6 with adjacent childrens pool and is surrounded in 100m2 of non slip decking. Sun loungers are provided.
Less than a 10 minute walk away from the villa you will find a supermarket, medical centre and a variety of restaurants and bars. The town centre of Quesada is a leisurely 20 minute walk.
The cosmopolitan city of Torrevieja is 8km around 10 minute drive from the property. Here you will find shopping centres, water park, marina and many more bars and restaurants.
There are many lovely beaches close by, the closest being Guardarmar beach which is 5km away. this has a blue flag beach and has 11km of golden unspoilt sand.
Within a ten minute drive you have the golf courses of La Finca and Marquesa course. The villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor courses are less than 20 minute drive. There are a further 11 courses within an hours drive of the villa.
On of the best theme parks in Spain is around one hours drive, Terra Mitica has something for everyone, shows, rides, thrill rides and there is also a large water park nearby.
The villa is well equipped for younger children, as there is a highchair, baby walker, 2 travel cots and childrens toys.
