Casa del Suerte is located just on the outskirts of the beautiful town Moraira, often referred to as one of Spain’s best kept secrets. Located in the small Urbanisation La Joya, no through traffic, the villa is quiet, secure and peaceful, with easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children. Leading from the living room is a spacious, south west facing terrace with stunning mountain views, with terrace furniture to enable you to dine al fresco. There is a large awning to provide shade. Three bedrooms one with en-suite shower room and one family bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hob, oven and microwave. The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Very nice holidays

Our third visit to Moraira but by some distance, the best place we have stayed. Beautifully maintained, quiet and a great location. Our children loved the garden and the pool, which was in the sunshine most of the day! The villa is tastefully furnished, very clean, tidy and spacious and the outdoor space is attractively landscaped. Our arrival and departure arrangements were well managed by Sylvia and Mike who were very helpful. The villa is in a good residential location, easy to walk into Benitachell. The local supermarket was only a 2 minute drive down the hill with all the provisions you might need. Moraira town and the Marina was a lovely place to visit and have a wander round. There was a very lively market on a Friday in the main car park in Moraira, selling all sorts of things (the fruit and veg was amazing).
