This privately owned property comes onto the holiday rental market in its first year, after its owners, Paqui and Ferran made a very positive experience with their other property (7619) in the same estate in 2010. Its location, right above the town beach and next to Roses' most popular Saint Peter's square, where some of the tastiest tapas are served right in front of the Mediterranean, are only some of its conveniences. A number of commodities are found only footsteps away: the marina, the fishermen’s harbour with its daily auction of the catches, boutiques, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, sailing & windsurfing schools, beach walk, excursion boats to discover the wildest part of the Costa Brava and the Bay of Roses as well as public transport to some of the beautiful bays (Canyelles Petites, l’Almadrava, etc.) and out-of-town attractions, such as the water park, go-karting circuit, sky diving school, etc. Roses is also an ideal destination for out-of-season holidays, when it offers visitors a public swimming pool and gym facilities, beautiful bike courses, spas, etc.

Ferran and Paqui have spent time this winter to make their flat ready for holiday visitors with a goal to offering them maximum comfort and that most important ‘being at home’ feeling. Two of the bedrooms offer single beds and the main bedroom a twin bed for families of up to six members. All bedrooms as well as the living area are air conditioned and the kitchen is fully functional.

Requests for weekend stays (see calendar) or longer term out-of-season rents are welcome.
