Very comfortable villa with private pool and a big garden. The property is located at the exclusive residential area of Golf Costa Brava, but also just 10 min drive from the beach. Next to a cosy living with direct access to the terrace and garden, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a separate toilet. The garden borders on the 4th hole. The villa is equipped with satellite-TV (Dutch and English), DVD, stereo, washing machine, drying mill, dishwasher and microwave. Furthermore a BBQ, sufficient loungers and garden furniture. Parking for several cars.
Also it is a very good starting point for trips to Barcelona, Girona, the Dali museums and the Pyrenees. Airports are nearby (Girona 25 min, Barcelona 90 min). There are plenty of possibilities for water sports, walking, fishing, horse riding and mountain biking. For golfers : next to the challenging 27-holes Golf Costa Brava, there are some 6 more beautiful 18-holes golf courses within 30 minutes.
