This is a modern, bright and spacious apartment, very well appointed with wonderful panoramic views and furnished with all the essentials to ensure you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable holiday. There are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace off the lounge, a large roof terrace, a large communal pool with jacuzzi and changing rooms plus much more.
The apartment is less than a 5 minute stroll along cobbled streets to the village square, restaurants, bars and shops selling arts and crafts, clothes, wine, groceries, bread, fresh meat, etc. There are many bars and restaurants in the village, some with beautiful scenic views. The busy resort town of Nerja is just a short drive away and it is only 45 mins to Malaga Airport. Our prime location provides an enviable combination of spectacular mountains and Mediterranean beaches and boasts the best climate in Europe.

Notes
* Preferred payment method is by bank transfer in Euros. PAYPAL is also available (note: an additional fee may be payable for cross-border payments)- please ask us for more details

* Your weekly rental includes linen, cleaning, water and electricity. Beach towels can be provided at an additional one-off cost of 4 euros per person during your stay.

* A breakages deposit of 250 euros is required once your booking is confirmed. This will be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection and return of keys). Additionally, a pool key deposit of 65 euros will also be necessary in case of loss or damage (fully refundable subject to our terms and conditions)
* 25% deposit of the total rental fee is due at time of booking. The balance is then due 6 weeks before your holiday commences.
* If your holiday commences in less than 6 weeks, the full cost of the rental is required at the time of booking.
* Strictly no smoking and no pets
* Not suitable for very young children/babies as no cot available
* No disabled / wheelchair access

Apartment La Huerta

Good accomodation in a very nice area of the coast.Nice apartment,well equiped.Nice bathroom and good roofterass.
