The entrance gates to the villa open onto an Andalucian courtyard with a fountain. From the courtyard is a bedroom with a separate entrance from the rest of the property. It has twin beds, built in wardrobes and an en suite shower room. The main front door to the villa opens to an entrance hall with a stair case up to the first floor leading to a galleried landing. From here the very generously proportioned master bedroom suite is located. This room has huge built in wardrobes offering ample storage space and full sized en suite bathroom. There is a large king size bed in this room and bedside tables. From the landing is an additional cloakroom. The lounge is also on this level to take advantage of the elevated views. It is a lovely light and spacious room and has a fireplace for the winter months. There are 2 large sofas and a modern chaise longue. For your entertainment there is a large plasma TV, DVD etc and freeview channels and Spanish TV. Three sets of patio doors lead out to the large open terrace where there is more modern, comfortable lounge seating and even more beautiful views of the Guadiana River and across to Portugal. A winding staircase leads from the terrace to an upper rooftop terrace with a covered area and panoramic views.

Bedroom two is off the main entrance hall on the entry level and has a king size bed and an en suite shower room. The large good sized and well equipped kitchen and a spacious open plan dining room with a large table for 10 are also on this entry level. Patio doors from both the kitchen and dining room lead onto a large covered terrace (35 sq mtrs). Here there is dining furniture for 10 so you can make the most of the beautiful views over the countryside when dining al fresco.

Stairs from the hallway lead down to the lower ground floor hall where there are a further two bedrooms each with twin beds and a large shower room. There is also a second lounge (25 sq mtrs) with sofas, TV, DVD player etc and patio doors giving direct access to the lower gardens and swimming pool. From the lower hallway there is a separate enormous games room (41 sq mtrs) with something for everyone.
