•Lovely flat located in Tossa de Mar. This town is a very peaceful place for people who want to enjoy good weather, the beach, beautiful views from its historic centre and castle and many other fun activities. Excellent supermarkets, restaurants and shops within walking distance, 5 minutes walk to the beach and a 10 minute attractive walk to the historic Tossa de Mar and Castle.

•Location:
Easy access from Barcelona airport (95 Km), and Girona airport (35 Km). Close to the all year round resort of Lloret de Mar (12Km).


•Historical and other sights:
The beautiful old city of Girona, with its historical centre, shopping centre and good affordable restaurants, is a 30 minute drive, making this an enjoyable day trip. Barcelona, with its many historical and cultural attractions, shops, etc, is a one and a half hour drive away. Centres of art and ceramics - Dalis museum in Figueres and other resorts - are all within easy reach by car.

•Other attractions:
Lloret caters for all ages. It has a large beach, a pleasant sea front, and all kinds of activities with Waterworld (the largest water park in Europe) Go-Karting, boat trips, Marineworld, and a lively night life. Nearby Blanes is an attractive traditional resort with pleasant promenades, beaches and restaurants.

A deposit is required at the date of the booking . Booking is confirmed when the deposit is paid. This deposit is not returnable if you cancel the holiday for whatever reason. With the final payment an additional deposit of 150 euro is payable to cover any damage, breakages, extra cleaning or unusual water and electricity usage. This deposit (if every thing is OK) will be refunded the day you leave the flat.

The total balance is payable 4 weeks before the start of the holiday date. If all payments due are not paid in full and on time, we reserve the right to treat your holiday as cancelled by you. If you book within 4 weeks of holiday date full payment up front is required.

The rent is reserved exclusively for the people named on the confirmation and no other persons whatsoever are permitted to stay there without prior written agreement.

The property should be vacated on the morning of the day of departure to enable cleaning and preparation to be completed prior to the arrival of new guests.
