The main body of the house is reached by an external staircase of 10 steps which leads into the property's single entry.There are two bedrooms(1 double and 1 with 2 single beds) and living room(sofa bed)and kitchen. The living room and both bedrooms are air conditioned. Hot water is supplied from solar panels. The entry verandah is glassed in completely on three sides with sliding panels and serves(in summer) as dining room and which affords long distance views across Vega Baja towards Santa Pola. An entry alarm system is fitted.

The garden surrounds the house and the 'L'shaped pool is fitted with a swimjet and is fully covered(with liftable covers) allowing use at all times. The pool can also be supplied with hot water from the solar panels.

Private parking is off road at the side of the house and behind secure gates fitted with aluminium sheeting for privacy.
