Our wonderful 3 bedroom penthouse is located in the port of
Benalmadena.
(It is also possible to rent as a two bedroom apartment, see the special notes)
The marina is the perfect location for a holiday. Whatever
your requirments, Benalmadena and the surrounding area has
everything for an unforgettable visit to the Costa del Sol.
This apartment, near the beach and many golfcourses, between two large boulevards with so many spanish, english and dutch restaurants were you can walk many miles, would be an ideal base.
The apartment consist of: a large livingroom with dining area and patiodoors leading to a large sunny terrace with
breathtaking views across the port, a large double masterbedroom en-suite, two other large twin bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes.
Second bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and utility room.
The apartment is tastfully furnished and decorated.
There is local WiFi available for a small price and on the TV you can receive all the dutch and english free satellite channels.
The living room and the 3 bedrooms have their own airco/heating.
Both daylight bathrooms have a bidet,toilet, bath, shower, washbasin furniture and hairdryers.
The terrace gives you the whole day sun but if you prefer
some shade, use the sunblind or parasol.
