This 5 bedroom holiday villa is nicely decorated. It has a wonderful garden and a private swimming pool. You can relax on the terrace(can be closed by a movable frameless glass) overlooking the garden. A tree house, sandbox and 2 swings offer an ideal framework for the little ones imagination. They can also use the community gardens where you find a large swimming pool 20 x 10 with separate pool for the little ones., 2 paddle courts and a spacious landscaped playground.

One the ground floor you find the living room and dining room with bar, both with access to the terrace and garden, a large designer kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. Upstairs are three bedrooms with all en suite bathrooms, a large terrace. In the basement is the fifth bedroom with bathroom and sauna.
All bedrooms are very generously cut, all with bathrooms and fully equipped. IMPORTANT NOTE: ATTACHED TO THE HOUSE, ON THE BASEMENT LEVEL AND COMPLETELY SEPARATED FROM THE HOUSE, IS A RENTED PRIVATE OFFICE, WHICH REMAINS IN USE DURING THE RENTING PERIOD. THIS AREA IS IN NO WAY CONNECTED TO THE HOUSE AND DOESN'T ALTER THE NORMAL LIFE IN THE HOUSE.
