This Beatiful villa has a living area of 300 m² arranged on 2 floors. The plot has 900 m², is completely enclosed and has a parking for 3-4 cars.
Upper floor: large living – dining room with air conditioner, sat-tv/tdt and access to the covered terrace and the pool with seaviews. Separate kitchen, completely equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, oven and other utensils for the kitchen. Large bedroom with double bed and air conditioner. 1 guest-toilet with wc and washbasin. 1 large bedroom with double bed, panoramic seaviews, air conditioner, Access to the terrace and bathroom in suite with bath, shower, wc and washbasin. 1 utilityroom with washing machine.
Ground floor: (Access by internal stairs) large living room with confortable sofa and sat-tv. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin. 1 small kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 dining room with access to the terrace. 1 large bedroom with views to the sea. 1 bedroom with double bed. 1 bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin.
External: large pool of 9x4m with built-in stairs, external shower and gas-barbecue.
Only 2,5 km to the town centre Calpe, 3 km to the sandbeach arenal-bol and 2,5 km to the supermarkets.
