The house is perfect for a larger family, two families that likes to spend the holiday together or just if you like to have space around you. There are 5 large bedrooms, a big kitchen fully equipped and a large living room with open fire, two separate sitting arrangements and a dining area.

The house is rented out fully equipped and towels and bed linnens are provided. Beach towels is not included.
Television with both norwegian and english channels are available together with the spanish.A precious garden with tiles, barbeque possibilities and a large swimming pool with privacy. All rooms are big and have a lot of light
Short distance to supermarkets, Alfaz del Pi and a taxi to Benidorm or Albir gets you there for 10-15 euro.
If you enjoy montainwalking the location is perfect and a golf course is just 5 min drive of the largest entertainment parks, Terra Mitica and the Zoo Terra Natura, with a water park, is just 5 minutes drive away.
10 min drive to beautiful beaches in Benidorm or Albir.

Notes
The renting period goes from saturday to saturday with check in at 1700 and check out at 1100.
The cuoted price is up to 8 persons. An additional fee of 100 euro per person/week will apply if exceeding 8.
Cleaning serviced shall be paid by the tenant at departure. The price is 100 euro for max 8 persons. An additional 20 euro per person will be charged for each person exceeding 8.
If payed in NOK an exchangerate of 8 NOK/euro will be used
