Villa Alwe is located on the outskirts of the centre of Moraira. Quiet and peaceful, yet only 20 minutes walking distance to the beautiful town Moraira and ten minutes driving to the larger towns Javea and Calpe. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out.

This is a luxury villa in all respects. Equipped with central heating and air conditioning for a year round comfort, it has a nice lounge/diner and four bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom, one with en-suite shower room and the other two bedrooms are sharing a shower-room. The kitchen is well equipped with big fridge/freezer, hob, oven dish washer and microwave. The garden is very attractive and benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children and a barbecue. Parking is private within the grounds.

The villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.
