Notes
Nerja is one of the nicest and most versetile destinations on the Costa del Sol. This atmospheric beach family resort lies 45 min. from Malaga and 1 hour from Granada. There’s relatively little high-rise development either here or among the white washed houses in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada. There's about 12 (sand) beaches, a romantic historic center and many restaurants. The 2 most famous attractions are the Balcon de Europa (viewing point) and the Nerja Caves. About 300 days of sun a year make Nerja also a perfect destionation for low season and winter (with temperatures up to 18-20 degrees)!

Nerja is a perfect starting point for daytrips to Seville, Cordoba, Ronda, Marbella and Marokko. And -closer to home- you have the pictoresque villages of Frigiliana and Competa and the Marina del Este (La Herradura). The appartment lies above Burriana Beach where there are many activities (kids and water) and here you can rent sunbeds. You'll also find a boulevard with nice retaurants and shops.

30% down payment through bank. Guarantor (100 euro) and rest (70%) to be paid in cash (exactly) when the key is transferred in Nerja. In case of cancellation by the client, the down payment will not be refunded. The guarantor will be returned as soon as the apartment is checked by the owner.

Obligated end cleaning exclusive (€ 40)

Linen:

2 sets linen inclusive (bedlinen & towels). Washing machine available. Extra set of linen - if wanted - costs € 10.
