El Apartamento enjoys a rural location hidden just outside Puntalón village, 3kms east from Motril. CORTIJO NUEVO comprises 3 independent dwellings;the original Cortijo used by the resident British owner, Casa Pequeña a small garden cottage (property 688) and El Apartamento - fully self-contained & built above the original Cortijo.
Each home has its own character and private space, yet share well established sub-tropical gardens with various terraces, patios and swimming pool. In season pick avocados, citrus fruits and custard apples, not forgetting useful herb patch by the BBQ.
