Our villa is situated in a nice and quiet residential area, on top of a hill (200 m) with a nice view on the sea, the coastline and the mountains. You will wake up hearing the birds sing and you can enjoy the sun or shadow, have a swim in the private pool, or enjoy a massage in the jacuzzi, next to the pool. Peñiscola with its beautiful beaches and boulevard is just downhill. There is a local bus service several times a day. If you like luxury and relaxation, with an entertaining bathing resort and many sports within reach, this is the place to be!

The house is comfortable and modern furnished. There is a large living/dining room (air condition) with access to the terrace, which is connected to the fully equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen you will find the utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, extra fridge.
The three bedrooms are on the same floor. Each bedroom has its own entrance, wardrobe, bathroom and fan. All beds with comfortable (inner)spring mattresses.
The master bedroom has a king size bed (180x200) Sat. TV and bathroom with bath, shower, double sink, bidet and toilet, hairdryer and access to terrace.
One bedroom with two beds (2 x 80x190) and bathroom with shower.
One bedroom with two beds next to each other (2 x 100x200), bathroom with shower and access to terrace. This bedroom has its own entrance door outside the house, near the front door and the stair to the roofterrace (see one of the photos) and is not accessible through the house.
Hot water through (central heating) boiler.
All doors and windows provided with (insect)screens and shutters.
The pool is 8x4x1,60.
Table-tennis table with accessories available.
Well maintained garden, large terraces in sun or shade (flexibel porch roof).
Gas BBQ
The basement will not be let.

Full non-refundable payment due 6 weeks prior to arrival date. We advise cancellation insurance.
Use of jacuzzi: Euro 75 per week payable on booking.
Refundable security deposit of 500 Euros cash payable on arrival and refunded on departure after an inventory check of the villa for damages/loss of keys. Indicated price is per property based on 6 sharing maximum.
Pool/jacuzzi maintenance and energy costs included.
Final cleaning of the villa: Euro 100 to be paid in cash upon departure.
Arrival Saturday after 16:00 h., departure by 10:00 h.
