Sleeps 8. 4 bedroom villa 'Cirus' (meaning fairweather) with private pool. It is fully furnished to a very high standard. Air-conditioning, 2 en-suite bathrooms, plus further bathroom. Large gas barbecue and outside seating areas. Located in Magnolias, Cumbre Del Sol, this villa is in a hillside setting, enjoying a south facing position and fantastic sea views. The villa is situated in a quiet street with off street parking, enjoying security features such as a fitted alarm, lockable external gate and shutters. The villa is equipped with Sky TV including ESPN, DVD player, Wii with games and 2 consoles, Bose docking station, WiFi internet access, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. The pool is cleaned twice weekly. We hope you will enjoy your time here as much as we do!

Notes
Prices are for the villa per week in UK Pounds and based on up to 8 people sharing. The price includes supply of all laundry including beach towels and a room clean prior to your arrival and upon departure. For guests staying two weeks or longer, this also includes a mid-stay linen change. (For stays of less than 7 nights a charge will be made for cleaning).

Changeover day
Changeover can be on any day of the week and is always subject to availability. Check-in time is after 4.00pm and departure is by 10.30am, however, if you require earlier access/later departure please ask on arrival.
