In Calpe, close to Benidorm, is this very nice and spacious detached villa on a plot of 750 m2 with beautiful sea view and private pool. From this villa you can rent downstairs. It always get hired with exclusive. You rent downstairs you have the sole and outdoor pool. You never rent with other guests.

The groundfloor has a large living room with sitting and dining table with 6 chairs, satellite TV and DVD player (with movies). The living room features a corner sofa.
Open kitchen with electric hob, electric oven, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster, orange press and sandwich maker.
2 bedrooms, each with a 2 person room (2 per bed mattresses 90 cm).
Bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
Covered terrace with table and chairs.
You can also use the balcony from upstairs with beautiful view over the sea and Calpe and with nice seat and parasol.

By the kidney shaped pool are sun loungers, table and chairs and several umbrellas,
There is a gas and coal BBQ and there is an outdoor shower. Under the stairs is a laundry room.
