The Bungalow is just located by the 18 hole of the Atalaya golf course, belonging to the house is a big and private terrace.There is a big lawn in front of the terrace that can be used as well by the house lawn goes all the way down to the golfcourse.

It takes two minutes to walk to the golf clubhouse where you can eat at the excellent but not expensive Restaurant.

Staying in the Bungalow also gives you a 10% discount on the green fees on the Atalaya golfcourse.

The pool area is very quiet all the year around with few people using the beautiful pool and sunbeds.



The Beach is not far away either.....

A perfect holiday home with aircond and heating included.

Wifi free as well


The beach and San Pedro town is also close by.

The closest supermarket is 500 meters away and it is open from 7 am to 2 am everyday of the year.



Benahavis village is just 7 km up the beautiful mountain road where there is about 25 different nice Restaurants to try.

It takes only 3 minutes to the beach,5 minutes to the closest town San Pedro and 8 minutes to Puerto Banus by car.

The Bungalow has just been totally decorated and is in mint condition.
