Services
As you enter the property you are greeted with a large outside patio area. You will find a patio table and chairs, several sun loungers for the sun worshippers, also a barbecue. As you enter the villa we also have a raised sitting area that has a table and chairs for outside dining which is shaded for the non-sun worshippers.
The ground floor consists of a lounge/dining area which has a large corner unit more than enough seating for 6. TV with satellite channels, DVD player, and CD player with i-pod port. The dining area has an extending table with chairs. The kitchen has a fridge and a seperate freezer, full cooker, microwave, washing machine, ironing board, iron,kettle, toaster. Fully equipped with crockery and cooking utensils.
The first of the three bedrooms is on this floor with twin beds and has a fitted wardrobe. Also a seperated wc with wash hand basin.
A marbled staircase takes you to the first floor where the other two bedrooms are located. One with a double bed and the other with twin beds and both with fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has it own private balcony which has a table and chairs to enjoy the morning sun.
A travel cot is available if necessary.
The fully tiled bathroom is large and bright with a bath and over bath shower, basin and w.c.
This floor then leads you to another marbled staircase that takes you to the rooftop solarium which has a patio table and chairs with more sun loungers to enjoy the sun. You can see the communal pool and open park views from the solarium.
This is a private family owned villa on a friendly complex mostly owner owned with ample road side parking. The pool is kept very clean and well maintained. Fresh linen and towels are provided including beach towels. Everything you need is in walking distance.

We do not have air conditioning or heating. However, we do have many free standing fans in every room and electric heaters for the winter months.
Our beautifhul villa is south facing and Sol Beach it is in a popular and enjoyable area. Cabo Roig nearest beach is Cala Caleta it is a short walk away (about 15 mins), and hosts its own beach bar serving cold drinks and snacks. It is open all hours during high season. The popular `strip` is also a short walk and caters for all tastes with bars and restaurants it has some of the best pubs in the area. There are beauiful walkways along the cliffs taking you from beach to beach.
Cabo Roig can be what you want in a holiday either quiet & relaxing or energetic.
Local Attractions
The nearby town of Torrevieja is 5 km to the north. It is a typical Spainish town with a harbour and marina. You will find many bars, restaurants and a aqua park, 10 pin bowling, go-cart tracts and much much more to keep you entertained.
The villa is within 15 minutes drive of 3, 18 hole golf courses, VILLAMARTIN, CAMPOAMOR and LAS RAMBLAS.
