The spacious living area gives access to the main terrace overlooking the sea, a beach opposite and the communal pool and gardens. The fully fitted seperate kitchen is on the same level, as is a seperate cloackroom. Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedrooms comes with a luxury en suite bathroom and a private terrace, also with sea views. The second bathroom is a family bathroom with bath. The main living area also has a 52" LCD TV complete with full SKY package including Sports. Internet is also available FOC. The house has LG "Cool Art" hot/cold aircon throughout which is charged seperately through a pay as you go meter.

Under the main house there is an apartment, which is finished to the same high standards as the main house and also comes with air conditioning (again pay as you go), a 46" LCD TV with SKY Freeview. The apartment contains a spacious living area with an open plan fully fitted kitchen. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom with big jacuzzi bath and walk in shower ideal for a disabled guest.

The apartment can be used either as a seperate apartment (with it´s own entrance) or as a part of the main house, using an internal door to combine both parts of the house.

The house is located in a very nice urbanisation in between Nerja and Torrox Costa
