This apartment is positioned well in a very quiet street with few stairs to the main door. The allocated parking is right at the end of the stairs therefore no much walking or carrying heavy staff for long. The two communal pools with bar are located one street above the apartment and the lower pool is located below it, so the noise from the pool with screaming kids is very distant. The pool management also provides free sun loungers. The parents with kids will appreciate the play area which is enclosed and well overlooked. The apartment is very tastefully furnished with quality furniture which gives nice homely feel to it. It has one A/C which helps a lot with hot summer’s days although on Cumbre is quiet breezy unlike sea side towns.
