Las Pergolas is a highly desirable residencial complex of 18 townhouses overlooking Aloha Golf Course with a communal swimming pool, a tennis court and a gorgeous manicured tropical garden.
Dowstairs is a large living & dining room which comfortably seats six with a patio door to the secluded terrace opening on the communal garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room with a toilet and a wash basin. In the front courtyard is an enclosed laundry area with washing machine and drying facilities.

Upstairs there are two double bedded rooms. The larger master bedroom has two spacious wardrobes, a south-facing balcony and an en-suite bathroom with two basins and shower over the bath.
The second bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe, a smaller balcony and a bathroom next door with basin and shower over bath.
A sofa bed in the lounge converts to two single beds.
The villa is fully heated and air-conditioned.
Maid service is available and we can arrange airport transfers.
