Newly built modern 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is furnished to a very high standard and includes air conditioning and central heating in all rooms.

The covered patio overlooks 1 large swimming pool, fairway number 2 and on across to the clubhouse.
The sun comes up on the pool area early in the morning and into the apartment's garden late morning. The patio is a refreshing getaway in the day and then nice for early evening or sunset dining.

The resort boasts a further 12 communal pools and 2 tennis courts.

Remote controlled allocated underground parking plus street parking.

Courtesy shuttle bus service to the other Polaris World Resorts. 24 hour security at the barrier entrance/exit to the resort.

The apartment is only a short walk from the health and beauty salon/hairdressers and supermarket. The nearby waterside Town Centre of the resort boasts a variety of shops, bank, restaurants, and bars suited to golfers and non-golfers alike.

The Golf Clubhouse is exceptionally well furnished and is very welcoming and has internet access.

Evening entertainment there can be found in Pinos bar and the pool tables are popular.

Murcia San Javier (MJV) airport is only 15 minutes by car, Alicante 45 mins -
collection/return can be arranged.

For your safety there is a Smoke and a Co2 detector installed.
