Andratx is one of the oldest town of the island and Port D'Andratx the most entertaining, peaceful , selective and exclusive tourist centre whose natural environment of sea and mountains is full of secrets to discover.
Just at walking distance from home you can get to stunning calas (small beaches), restaurants, gorgeous view spots and the Sailing Club (club de vela). Besides at only minutes by car a golf course (Golf de Andratx), the Tramontana mountains and Palma de Mallorca.
The house is a 1st floor of a 2009 three stores building. Beautiful views over the valley and is new in the letting market. Has 3 double exterior bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 6 people ( ensuite master with queen size bed and other two rooms with twin beds). The property is fully equipped with everything you need to for a peace of mind holiday break and is manage by a professional agency and strong involvement of owners though, as it is our holdays place too.
The flat is 1900 sqf including 800 sqf of private enjoyable terrace and it has its own access to the swimming pool. It has fully equipped kitchen and utility room with top of the range brands of fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, boiler, and all kind of small appliances. Wall TV and PC, Laptop connection. It has heat and cold air conditioned in all rooms of the flat, including the living room. Everything has been selected carefully by us with the only aim to make your stay in Rossinyol unforgettable. Of course you will have towels and linens at your disposal.
A local management agency with fluent speaking staff in English, German, French, and Spanish will be pleased to take care of your needs while your stay.

The building has some ramps by the main stairs and a lift to access the property.
