Beautiful modern villa in the mountains with wonderful panoramic sea and mountain views. The fenced plot is 1200m2 on a slope and the house can be booked for 4 or 6 persons. The Mediterranean garden is formed by palm trees, pine trees, various shrubs and lemon trees. The private pool with roman steps measures 8m x 4m, has an outdoor shower and a terrace perfect for sunbathing and in a cosy corner there is a dining area in front of the entrance of the house. The house has two floors although the ground floor is closed off and can be used for 4 people. Access to the main floor of the house is via stairs, once inside we find the large living room with satellite TV, fireplace and air conditioning. It has an exit to a furnished glazed terrace, fireplace and a perfect place to enjoy the wonderful panoramic views. The independent kitchen is characterised by its modern style and has all the amenities such as microwave, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a large two-door American fridge. The flat has two double bedrooms, one with a 180cm bed with air conditioning and the other bedroom with a 150cm bed, air conditioning and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub.
