2 bedroom holiday penthouse on the golf courses of Los Arqueros between San Pedro and Benahavis.

Description:
Amidst the golf courses of Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club is the apartment La Torre (the tower).
Here is this beautiful penthouse with marble floors and a beautiful roof terrace. It has two tastefully decorated bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has doors to the lower terrace, large wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom with bath / shower, double sink and toilet. The second bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. The entire apartment has air conditioning. Wifi internet available. The living room is tastefully decorated and has doors to the lower terrace overlooking the mountains, golf course and swimming pool. On this terrace there is a dining table with four chairs and a large fold-out awning. The stone staircase leads to the roof terrace.

This 87 m2 large terrace is complete with a luxurious teak Boretti outdoor kitchen with mini refrigerator and sink with cold running water and drain, a wine rack and drawers for crockery and cutlery. There is also a comfortable lounge set, four chairs, a large umbrella and a round teak table with four chairs.

There are two storage boxes for the cushions and covers. The large pots with plants and trees give the roof a cozy atmosphere. The trees are watered using an automatic irrigation system. On the roof terrace is also a TV connection and a pergola with sun protection. The rooftop terrace has a panoramic view over the golf course and mountains. Especially at night the view is fantastic.

In the living room there are two comfortable sofas and a dining table with four chairs. There is satellite TV with a.o. Dutch television, a DVD player and a CD player. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment, such as a dishwasher, fridge / freezer, ceramic hob with hood, a microwave and an oven. There are also various coffee brewing equipment (eg Senseo) present and a toaster. There is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer, ironing and cleaning supplies.
Below the apartment is an underground parking garage with a dedicated private parking space. The penthouse is on the second floor and can be reached with an elevator. Pets are not allowed and smoking indoors is prohibited.
