A stunning location on the Costa Blanca, this truly exceptional quality Villa - Villa Owen - is situated in the exclusive surrounds of Alfaz del Pi and offers spectacular front-line sea and mountain views.

This architectural award-winning villa has been designed by the famous architect Stefan J. Kosa, being inspired by Rod Stewarts villa on Ibiza. The previous owners has spared no expenses during the three year long building period.
A real home from home with year round comforts including a built in fire for cosy winter nights, broadband internet access and a private swimming pool. The 600 sqm large, partly shaded terraces are perfect for outdoor dining. Plenty of lovely lounges are provided for those relaxing moments chilling out with a book, or watching the boats out at the Mediterranean sea.
The villa is built in four levels,600 sqm terraces and panorama windows ensures a stunning view over the mediterranean Sea and the mountains around Albir. Since the villa is located in an alley, there is no traffic disturbing your holiday.
The entrance to the villa is on the upper floor, with a living room, luxury kitchen and a guest bath room. From the living room there are large sliding doors to the very large and partially shaded terrace. The large and luxurious kitchen has a door out to a smaller garden with a lemon tree.
Downstairs is a large master bedroom with doors out to the pool terrace. Behind the master bedroom is a large and luxury bathroom with bath tub, shower and double sinks and a bedroom with two single beds and a door out to a private terrace.
On the right hand side of the stairs there are glass doors out to the pool and the pool bar.
Another level down there are two guest rooms with bath rooms en-suite, panorama windows and entrance to the garden as well as the bodega equipped with a double bed.
Next level down there is an extra kitchen and a living room, perfect for guests who wishes some privacy.
Down stairs again, with entrance from the garden, there is a studio of 90 sqm containing two double beds and a bath room, perfect for teenagers or guests.

Notes
Alfaz del Pi with its neighbours Altea and Albir is an area for people with high demands. You are always near beatiful beaches with azurblue water, traditional, quaint spanish villages, green mountains and high quality restaurants. A couple of kilometers away you’ll find Benidorm with its vibrant nightlife on diskoteques and night clubs. Benidorm is the most popular tourist attraction in the mediterranean area with over 4 million visitors each year. Albir is more calm, with is blue-flag beach Playa de Racó de L'Albir and good restaurants. Altea is popular among the artists at Costa Blanca with atelies and galleries. Every Tuesday here is Costa Blancas largest shopping market.

Aqualandia is a huge water amusement park for both adults and children situated on the west side of Benidorm against a hill near Mundomar and Benidorm Palace. The park contains many different themed areas set against trees and plants and naturally shaded areas. Water chutes appear everywhere, all with a different design to give you a unique experience. Restaurants, shops, and picnic bars are available within the park offering most types of food including pizzas, burgers and paella. Aqualandia is definitely worth a visit if you like water activities and can be great fun for all the family.
Terra Mitica is the first real theme park in Spain. It is not just an amusement Park. It offers all visitors something different: a theme park that recreates the lost civilisations of the Med: Egypt, Greece, Rome, Iberia, and the Islands. Its main rides take you back to the myths and legends of these ancient cultures with state of the art technology, special effects, animatronics and digital imagery
Those who enjoys high class dining should visit El Poblet, a restaurant outside Denia with two stars in Guide Michelin. .
There several golf courses wihtin twenty minutes. Among them Ifach Golf Club in MOraira, designed by Javier Arana and Real Faula Golf Club outside Benidorm, designed by Jack Nicklaus. You’ll reach Alicante airport in 40 minutes by car. The fantastic weather, with an average temperature of 20 degrees over the year, modern infrastructure, healthy food and relaxed way of life makes Costa Blanca a perfect place for relaxation and recreation all the year round.
