Beautiful apartment with 2 swimming pools, one for kids, big garden, kids playground, ping pong table and private parking.
The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one triple bedroom, sleep 7, two bathrooms, one with shower and another with bath,independent kitchen fully equipped,washing machine, microwave and fridge, independent laundry room with washing machine. We provide towels, bed linen and there are magazines, books, cards and table games.
It has a big terrace with access from the living room, dinning room and master bedroom. There is also a folding bed for two in the living room.
The apartment has attention to details, the owner lives in winter.
The train station is at 100 meters you don't need to bring a car, there are trains to Barcelona every 15 minutes.
The beach with services, restaurants and lifeguard is at 150 meters.
Port Balis, Marina and Yacht club is at 300 meters with a lot of restaurants, music bars, shops...
The nearest town with all services is about 30 minutes walking by the sea coast.

Sant Andreu de Llavaneres

Unit was comfortable and well fitted out. There is a definate problem with noise - railway and main highway on one side and the waves crashing on the rocks on the other. We had no hot water for nearly 5 days although the owner did his best to have it fixed. It was a little bit hard to find, maybe detailed instructions and a rough map would be helpful - don't rely on Sat Nav.
