The villa consists of a main house with 3 double bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, brand new well equipped kitchen, balcony and access to the terrace, garden and pool area.
At pool level there is an independent large apartment with 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and kitchen.

Both connect with a stairway inside the villa, but this can be closed if so required.
The beaches of Lloret de Mar, Canyelles and Tossa de Mar are a 10-minute drive.
Private parking space for 2 cars and ample parking in the dead-end street.
This villa has quality finishings and a brand new kitchen.
