This lovely newly built 1 bedroomed apartment set on the third floor affords breathing views of the Mediterrean sea and the Contraviesa Mountains from its terrace. The complex built in 2009 boast a private swimming pool, open to residents only from April to October.
The furnished apartment provides all that is necessary for a relaxing stay. The bedroom contains a double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe togeather with a fold up bed and cot, if required.Quilts are provided but not linen, quilt covers or pillow living room/kitchen is open plan with sofa, equiped kitchen, table and chairs for 4. The sofa transforms into a sinlge bed if required. The kitchen leads out on to the terrace with its spectacular views.A washing machine is situated in the bathroom togeather with a full-size bath/shower.(Nice for a soak after a hard days sunbathing!)
