It is situated close to all the amenities of the Village of Mijas with many shops and bar-restaurants. Mijas is 6km north of Fuengirola (Beach). There is an excellent bus service for 1.30 euros. Málaga airport can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There are many golf courses and tennis courts in the area. The penthouse accommodations: Entrance to building with security phone. The livingroom/diningroom is nicely furnished. Sky/Canal+ 32" TV. You can privately relax and enjoy the sun/view. Hot/cold A/C, chimney, and double doors to both terraces. The kitchen is fully equipted with all the appliances. Master bedroom with fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom, hot/cold A/C. Double doors to the large south terrace with spectacular views to the coast/sea. Twin bedroom with fitted wardrobe and door access to the north terrace and with shower/tub bathroom. Hot/cold A/C. One car garage (#3). In Mijas village and near Mijas there are a wide selection of activitites for the entire family: Malaga, Fuengirola, Marbella, Puerto Banus, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Benahavis can be reached in minutes. A TIME WELL SPENT IN A MAGNIFICENT PENTHOUSE OVERLOOKING THE MED-SEA

My wife and I spent Xmas and New Year's in Mijas Pueblo (2011). The white village is a walker's paradise, and we enjoyed the cafes and restaurants (from breakfast to dinner). Every village amenity is just steps away from the penthouse. The early morning views from the south terrace is "alucinante" (amazing). The south terrace is a sun-lovers paradise. In the unit we enjoyed the Sky (Fte) satellite and the Canal+ of the new Samsung 32" TV. Football (USA and European) were avalaible. The kitchen is fully equipt, but we prefer "R" food at *Bar Tamisa, *Hong Kong, El Romero, La Fuente, El Olivar. ESPECIAL: Lunch at Mauro's and diner at La Bella Coppia (in Calle Los Canos). Well, you all come now and discover this village: YOU WILL RETURN!!!
