Pleasant villa for 16 people with private pool situated in Calpe, ideal for families and big groups. Large pool area and barbeque area. The villa is situated in an urbanization at a few minutes from the sand beach Levante, Promenade, supermarkets, restaurants… urbanizatión Carrio. The enclosed plot with garden is about 900 m². The living area is about 400 m² and divided in two floors.

Ground floor: 1 separated kitchen fully equipped with gas hob, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, washing machine and other utensils for the kitchen. Living/dining room with TV and access to the pool. 1 bedroom with 2 single bed. Large bedroom for 4 people with 2 single beds and a double bed and a bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin en suite. 1 large bedroom with a double bed. 1 bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.

1st floor: (Access by external stairs) Large living/dining room with TV sat/tdt, nice furniture and access to the terrace with view on the pool, ideal to have breakfast. 1 guest toilette with wc. Large separated kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave and other utensils for the kitchen. 1 large bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 bedroom with double bed and access to the terrace. 1 bathroom with a round bath, wc and washbasin. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. 1 large bedroom with double bed with Access to the terrace and bathroom with shower, wc and washbasin en suite.
Outside: You will enjoy the large pool of 10x4,5, with roman and metal stairs. There is a smaller pool not as deep especially for children. External shower, masonry barbeque, covered terrace, parking for 4-5 cars on the plot.
Short distance to the sand beach and the Promenade (levante 1,7 km), to the supermarket (mercadona 1,2 km). Bus stop (0,6 km). Centre de Calpe (4 km)
Extras:
Pets under 12 kg are allowed. Extra cost of 30 € per stay. It is possible to accommodate two more people. Extra cost of 90 € per stay and per person.
