This apartment has an area of approximately 48 m2, located on the top floor of a historic building in Calle Marques de Larios. Has a lift and a final flight of stairs. The apartment has 1 bedroom with double bed and large wardrobe. The apartment has a bathroom, with bath.

The living room, elegantly decorated and furnished, comfortable, very bright and spacious, bed-sofa and dining table for 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped, separate. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating.

One step from the best shops and restaurants in the city. Close to the beach, if you want to sunbathe or walk. If you want to go sightseeing just have to walk a few yards and you are on the threshold of the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral and La Alcazaba among others. In the Alameda Principal that extends no more than 100 m of the building has public parking where you park your car without difficulty. Without doubt, this apartment will be a memorable holiday.

A beautiful sunny May week in Malaga.

The apartment was excellent in all aspects and in particular the location. Dealing with Santiago was a delight, he was effecient and attentive.

calle Larios Malaga

From initially booking this apartment Santiago was most informative and helpful. He met us as arranged at the apartment which is situated in the centre of Malaga on a busy shopping street which is pedestrianised. The apartment was great for our needs, everything we wanted was there apart from an oven but we were well aware of that before we booked it. The kitchen is very small and only one person can be in there at a time. There was some outside noise at the weekends but that did not affect our holiday or our ability to sleep during the night. I would recommend this apartment for 2 people staying in Malaga whether it be for 1 week or 6 which is the length of time we stayed. Malaga is a small city but it has many interesting places to visit and we enjoyed our time there immensely. Don

Everything was really good~ from booking to leaving theaccommodation . One downside was leaving a cash deposit in euros as we lost such a lot on exchange
