Notes
Capistrano Playa is an award winning, peaceful location, set in the hillside overlooking Burriana Beach, the largest beach in Nerja. It is beautifully designed with illuminated gardens, walkways, its own ornamental lake and waterfall. This site provides a communal adult and children's pool. Nerja is about 45 minutes drive from Malaga Airport. The town retains much of its Spanish charm with pretty narrow streets that offer a wide selection of bars and restaurants. It has several beaches and is surrounded by mountains. Nerja is famous for its caves and only 5km from the picturesque white town of Frigiliana making it an excellent base for exploring other parts of Andalusia

Notes
On booking a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to be received into the owners bank account in Spain as cleared funds to secure the apartment. The balance due must be received as cleared funds into the owners spanish bank account 4 weeks prior to arrival. If the booking is cancelled less than 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of total cost, with half of this being refunded if the apartment is re-let. Note any bank charges associated with the transfer of funds to the owners bank account are the responsibility of the renter.

Sun, comfort and relaxation

Very nice equipped and clean apartment with a comfortable Kingsize bed and a fantastic sea view which fully lived up to our expecta-tions. Correspondance with land lord is really a pleasure. You feel welcome from the first request.
