This is a villa on a small community of 6 villas. Each has a private secluded garden and there is a large communal garden with pool. The villa is situated within walking distance to all amenities but just out of the centre of Calahonda. The property is next to the pool and beautiful gardens.

There is a private drive for a car. There is a bright lounge/dining room which opens onto a covered terrace with both dining and sitting areas surrounded by beautiful borganvilla and overlooking the private garden, ideal for leisurely meals or reading and relaxing. There is also a pool table.

The good size kitchen has everything you could possibly want including air conditioning. There is also a large utility room and a downstairs shower room.

Upstairs are 2 double bedrooms, both with en suite shower rooms. There is also a sitting room with tv/dvd. All these rooms open onto a large terrace with magnificent views, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying an evening glass of wine.

The pool is only a few paces away for that lovely cooling dip.

The nearest shops are an easy 10 minute walk.

The nearest beach is Cabopino, a 5 minute drive away, wide, sandy and very safe for children. There are also beach bars and sun loungers for a lovely lazy day. A beautiful walk over the golf course will also take you to Cabopino beach and port. The port has great restaurants and night life.

Notes
Calahonda is an excellent place for every type of holiday, located 35 minutes drive from Malaga Airport, passing through Torremolinos, Fuengirola and several other pretty places on the way. If you carry on past Calahonda, Marbella is 15 miutes drive and Puerto Banus 20 minutes.

All along the coast are beautiful beaches and wonderful golf courses. Calahonda is a WiFi zone so you can catch up on your emails.

The nearest port is Cabopino, just 5 minutes away, a small port but with lots of charm and great restaurants and places for a relaxing drink overlooking the sea. The beach is sandy and one of the longest on the coast at 4,500 meters. Its very safe for children and has water sports and fishing.

Nearby Marbella and Puerto Banus are famous for their nightlife. Marbella has a beautiful old town where you feel as if you have stepped back in time. Orange Square is not to be missed with its wonderful orange trees, a great place to watch the world go by.

Puerto Banus has amazing yachts, shops and restaurants and is a great place to go celebrity spotting or indulge in some designer shopping.

Fuegirola is a bigger spanish town, with plenty of shops and places to eat. There is also a lovely zoo, open till midnight in August so you can see the nocturnal animals. The zoo is an award winning conservation zoo. Fuegirola also has a waterpark, guaranteed fun for all the family.

Turn inland from Fuengirola and up in the mountains is the village of Mijas, an original white village of Spain. Stroll through the pituresque streets and browse in the small shops or have a meal in one of the many restaurants.

Back towards the airport and you will find Torremolinos, another charming old Spanish town. there is a crocodile park and a large water park. The nearby Carahuela, a strip of restaurants and shops along the beach is well worth a visit the promenade will take you into the port of Benalmadina with its beautiful buildings around the port lit up at night, another lovely place to eat or just watch the world go by with a drink.

With the many golf courses and beaches all along the coast there is something for everyone.

The beaches all have beach bars,. and sun beds and parasols for hire. there are water sports for the more adventurous.

During the summer there are numerous Spanish Feriers (fairs) with all the locals in traditional dress, the largest of these is in Malaga where the celebrations go on all night.

Whatever your preference you cannot fail to enjoy the Costa del Sol. with its wide variety or great things to do.
