The villa is very well equipped with everything you may require for a wonderful holiday. With satallite TV, air conditioning and storage heaters for the winter months. There is a large roof terrace with beautiful views all round for relaxing and dining, with a downstairs terrace with sea views also equipped for dining or sunbathing. A communal pool set in gardens is situated just outside the front door. There is a garage and ample parking spaces.

There are many bars and restaurants a small supermarket and shops within easy walking distance from the property. Also, a park with childrens play area just a 10 minute walk in one direction with the Aqua park (open in the summer months)also within walking distance.

A 20 min coastal walk or a 5 min drive brings you to the historic market town of Almunecar. Here you can find plentiful shops, restaurants, bars and beaches. There is a castle, aquarium, bird park and a regular Friday Market. An annual outdoor jazz festival is held in the summer, and a firework fiesta in the month of August.
