Very nice 3 bedroom Town House on secure complex with large pool.
The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. This is a town house set within closed gates and large gardens. The complex backs on to Novo Sant Petri golf course. It is just 500 metres from tennis courts and equestrian school, plus the beach is 15 minutes walk or 2 minutes by car. The commercial centre is the same distance and there is a bus stop just round the corner. It has downstairs a lounge diner, cloakroom and kitchen, with a small private garden leading from the lounge. Upstairs has a family bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It is air conditioned in 2 bedrooms and the lounge.
