Zafiro and Turquesa Playa Paraiso, La Manga are two luxury villas front line to the sea, a few minutes walk from the(the Mar Menor) with crystalline waters, ideal for swimming and water sports. There is a safe sandy beach (Playa Paraiso) with shallow calm water, ideal for children. The villas are set in a very tranquil area amongst beautiful green fields and adjacent to the salt lakes - a MUST for BIRD WATCHERS!!
Playa Paraiso offers easy access to shops, banks and many restaurants. La Manga Golf Course is a 5 minutes drive away and there is easy access to many other courses.
Just 20 minutes by motorway from Murcia San Javier Airport and 1 hour south of Alicante, this beautiful part of Spain is quite unknown to many people and probably Spains Best Kept Secret, with the beautiful Mar Menor (little sea) a saltwater lagoon divided from the Mediterranean by the La Manga strip. Almond trees, palms and windmills add to the beauty of the landscape of this area.
Zafiro and Turquesa each have 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, and comfortably sleep 6 people. There is also a put you up bed and a cot.
Turquesa has a lovely communal swimming pool.
On the ground floor there is a good size living/dining area. There is SKY TV, stereo, DVD, etc. and a separate luxury fitted kitchen, a twin bedroom and a shower room. The downstairs bedroom and shower room are suitable for a disabled person. There is only one step which is up to the front door.
The first floor has the master bedroom with a balcony with panoramic views over the Mar Menor and La Manga, a twin bedroom with a balcony view of the mountains and a luxury bathroom with bath and shower.
The enclosed back patio has a table and chairs and washing machine and there is a garden at the front with a large table and benches, looking out to sea, where one can relax in the warmth of the Spanish sunshine, which is virtually guaranteed in this area of Spain. Turquesa has 2 cycles and sunbeds for use by the pool and Zafiro has garden chairs. Both have a barbeque for your use.
5 minutes walk along the beach to local shops and restaurants or
15 minutes cycle ride along the beach into the bustling area of La Manga for restaurants and bars and the Mediterranean Sea.
Mar Menor (small sea) is the largest natural swimming pool in the world. It is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts but equally wonderful for families with children, the Mar Menor has safe and sandy beaches.

Special notes
The price is for the villa for 6 persons (not including flights and transfers). An extra child bed or cot is available at a cost of £50 per week. A security deposit of £200 is required as a confirmation of booking. This will be sent back to you on safe return of keys and the villa being left in good order.
The villa will be clean on your arrival with fresh sheets and towels. New linen will be provided at the end of the first week. Extra cleaning and linen is available at extra cost. |
