TERRACE, (13 m2) both the living room and bedroom have sliding doors which open onto the large terrace. All day sun on the terrace. Sun bed and outdoor table and 4 chairs
BEACH, is a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

GARAGE and additional free parking spaces just outside the property.
SHOPPING, the new Miramar shopping centre is a 15 minute walk from the apartment and has a huge supermarket, cinemas (which show original version films), and many shops and restaurants.
TRAVEL, the apartment is a 25 minute drive from Malaga airport. Many other areas of interest are accessible from the apartment. Fuengirola town centre is an 8 minute drive away, Mijas town in the mountains is a 20 minute drive away and Marbella a 30 minute drive away.
Cleaning service available. Cot/high chair available for hire on request.
Changeover day: Saturday are the preferred day for arrivals and departures.
