Description: |
A luxury detached villa on the Johan Cruyff Golf Resort of Mosa Trajectum. It is situated 10 minutes west of Murcia and 15 minutes east of the Mar Menor and San Javier Airport. The villa has stunning views overlooking part of the 2nd fairway and green and looking down the par 3, 3rd hole, with a backdrop of the mountains of Murcia’s Nature Reserve.
The urbanization has 24 hour patrolled security service and a manned gated entrance.

The area is captured in it’s own microclimate, which supports a large market garden industry. From the villa you will find easy motorway driving to many beautiful historic places like Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante and Lorca to name but a few. Sample the wonderful restaurants and nightlife of Murcia city, or stole along the sea fronts of the unspoilt fishing villages of St Pedro de Pinnata and Rebiera. There is a vast array of water sports around the famous Mar Menor, Europe’s largest inland sea or visit the famous La Manga strip.

Your accommodation has 4 bedrooms - 3 twin bedrooms (one on ground floor) and one double bedroom. 2 have on-suite shower rooms and one has an on-suite bathroom. The lounge/dining room is very spacious and has 3 double patio doors, making it very light and airy. It comes complete with a 32” wide screen TV and DVD player. The kitchen has a full suite of equipment including washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher. The villa is heated and cooled by air-conditioning systems throughout. Outside is a large private pool with extensive terrace, gardens and large BBQ.
For the golfers of you, the villa has golf rights, therefore Golf and buggy hire is at a very discounted rates. Approximately 35€ a round. As the villa is on the golf course, the Club House & Parador is no more than a 3-minute car/buggy ride away. This is a championship rated golf course like you have never seen before it also has a stunning 9 hole, par 3, challenge course and an extensive practice range and putting greens. In October 2004, Mosa hosted the Grand Final of the EuroPro PGA Tour. You may have seen it. The Golf Channel and Sky TV televise the event.
Mosa Golf - There are 27 holes. 9 Stone, 9 Olive and 9 Pine. You will love the stunning par 3 challenge course set in a dry river bed and the 2 large putting greens, one flat and one very undulating. They also have a golf academy, so there is tuition available daily. Your golf can be booked under our user rights which gives up to 80% discount on the regular playing fees. This makes your golf exceptional value for money on a championship golf course. We will need to know when and whom wishes to play, so that we can book the golf for you.
