Description: |
To make the most of your sun-soaked holiday in Spain, having the right location really matters.
Our luxury apartment is just a few steps from the best beach in Mojacar, the Playa Ventanicas. The beach is very sandy, very wide and very clean.
Also, only a short walk away, is a wide variety of restaurants – from those offering simple, low cost, fare to up-market delights.
But if the beach is not for you, the apartment has a beautiful swimming pool set in a landscaped garden.
The apartment has three double bedrooms (a king-size bed in the master bedroom and two singles in each of the other rooms) plus a double sofa bed in the lounge. So eight adults can sleep comfortably.
It has an en-suite shower room with toilet and bidet for the master bedroom and a full bathroom (with shower and bidet) for relaxing with bubbles in the bath and bubbly in your champagne glass.
The view from the terrace is exquisite….you can easily see your loved ones on the sandy beach.
And the sunrise over the Mediterranean will take your breath away!
The apartment, which has its own covered garage space, is fully furnished and has cooling ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms. All windows have fly screens. FOR YOUR ADDITIONAL COMFORT THERE IS FULL AIR-CONDITIONING.
Facilities include a washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, TV and DVD player in the lounge and even a TV in the master bedroom…in fact everything you need for a wonderful holiday.
You may love it so much that you would like to buy something similar. If so, on the adjacent block of land, a new complex is being built.
A wide range of activities is available in and around Mojacar, including some spectacular golf courses.
And a must to see is the ancient hill village of Mojacar Pueblo, just a few minutes drive from our apartment.
Mojacar is just 50 minutes drive from Almeria Airport, two hours from Alicante Airport and less than two hours from Murcia Airport.
It is renowned for having 320 days of sunshine per year!
