The apartment has a large open plan living/dining area and separate, well equipped kitchen. There are three large bedrooms in the apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite shower room. This bedroom also has fantastic views. There are two further bedrooms both of which have twin beds and share a family bathroom. There is a large, private sunbathing terrace which is perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the spectacular views. The apartment is on a small complex which has a large, shared swimming pool. The swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace with ample sunloungers and is set within a well established sub tropical garden. Overlooking the pool area is an extremely popular bar which serves snacks and drinks. Also in the communal area is a pool table. A complimentary pick up service from the airport is included along with a welcome pack upon arrival. About Puerto Del Carmen: About 15 minutes drive from Arrecife airport, Puerto del Carmen offers 5km of broad, pale sandy beaches as well as a wide variety of places to eat and drink and it remains a popular destination for holidaymakers from far and wide. Made up of a ‘new’ and ‘old’ town, Puerto del Carmen has no high-rise structures and almost all buildings are white and unpretentious. In the evenings you can watch the locals taking part in a few games of boules in the old town, which seems to be a nightly occurrence. The old town also offers a great variety of restaurants serving fresh fish, while if you head off into the holiday area youll find everything from traditional English sports bars to Chinese restaurants.
