Description: |
Villa:The villa was built in 1987 and have a ground floor area of 200 m² split into two semi-detached sections. Each consisting of 100 m². The house can be separeted into two 3 bedrooms by a door.
Equipment:
Bedding, towels, teatowels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are all provided.
Please bring your own towels for pool use and the beach.
Heating:
There are electric and gas heaters for the winter months.
Garden:
The garden are 2000 m² and are maintained by a gardener.
Pool:
The villa has a private swimming pool of 40 m² which is professionally maintained.
Pets:
It may be possible to bring pets but only with prior permission from the owners.

Villa: villa blev bygget i 1987 og har et stueetagen areal på 200 m² opdelt i to sektioner. Hver bestående af 100 m². Huset kan deles i to dele med en mellemdør (så to familier kan bo i samme hus)

Sengelinned, håndklæder, teatowels, støvsuger, strygebræt og strygejern forefindes
Du bedes medbringe dit eget håndklæder til pool brug og stranden.
Opvarmning:
Der er el og gas varmeanlæg, for vintermånederne.

Haven er 2000 m² og er vedligeholdt af en gartner.
Pool:
Villaen har en swimmingpool på 40 m², som er vedligeholdt professionelt.

Det kan være muligt at bringe kæledyr, men kun efter forudgående tilladelse fra ejerne.
