The Apartment
Come to one of the nicest apartments in one of the most beautiful convenient & quiet complexes with one of the best views on the Costa.
South west facing 1st floor accommodation (direct access from car park - elevator down to floor below). 2 bedrooms (1 double & 1 twin), each with mirrored wardrobes. Patio doors from living area and main bedroom to large furnished balcony (sun&shade on balcony) (table, 6 chairs, 2 sunbeds, electric outdoor grill) and with spectacular views over the Mediterranean to Gibraltar and Africa (you can see the Rock lit up at night) - it takes 3 photos to encompass the entire view. 2 bathrooms - 1 with bath/shower. Fully fitted kitchen (sea views) with all the equipment you would have at home.The living area is equipped with stereo/tv/dvd player.

The apartment is set amidst beautiful gardens and there is ample secure private parking.
The complex is quiet and well suited to families and couples - not party animals!
There are 2 swimming pools plus a kiddies pool - the closest pool is less than 20 metres from the entrance door.
There is adequate heating provided for the winter and 3 electric fans for the summer months.
A selection of CDs and DVDs is also provided - bring your favourites if you like.
The Area
Calahonda, which is in the very heart of the Costa del Sol is approx 20 mins drive from Malaga airport (airport pick ups can be arranged), 10 mins from Fuengirola, 10 mins from Marbella and less than an hour from Gibraltar.
The nearest supermarket/bars/restaurants are less than a 2 min walk away. There are several others within a 5 minute walk. There is also a kiddies play park across the road. Numerous shops/bars/restaurants/nightlife are just a short taxi ride away or you can take the road train which runs around Calahonda all day and well into the night.
There are many golf courses, horse riding, watersports, waterpark,zoo etc. a short drive away: there is skiing during the winter months in the mountains less than 2 hours drive, and there is a sports complex of 14 tennis courts,4 squash courts, gym, sauna, cafe and creche facilities less than 5 mins walk from the apartment.
This apartment beats any package accommodation hands down. We bought the apartment July 2004 as our holiday home in Spain and wish to share it -at as low a cost as possible with others who will treat it as they do their own home.
Discounts are available for lets of 2 weeks or more.
A deposit of 100 GBP is required for bookings of up to 2 weeks, the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure. A refundable damage/excessive cleaning deposit of 100 GBP is also required.

The apartment was fully booked from late June to mid October 2007 - with several parties returning after staying in 2006 - so book early to avoid disappointment.
